We’re looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer who thrives on performance data and loves optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. You’ll manage and scale multiple ad accounts across Google platforms — including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — while collaborating closely with our creative and strategy teams to craft campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max for clients
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Optimize ad performance and budgets & monitor performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test ad variations and improve performance.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
- Develop and present clear performance reports with optimization recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, attribution changes, and AI-driven optimization tools.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis & develop reporting systems and processes
- Provide strategic guidance on Google Ads initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max), ideally for commerce, software
- Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and scaling paid media for eCommerce, SaaS, or info product clients.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and attribution models.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-based ad optimization tools (e.g., Optmyzr, Madgicx, or similar).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong communication skills.
- Bonus: strong ability to build systems and develop future Google media buying departmentLead the Google Ads department
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification(s).
- Experience with Shopify, ClickFunnels, or HubSpot integration.
- Familiarity with creative testing, CRO, and landing page optimization.
- Agency background or experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
