We are looking for a Domo BI Analyst to own the marketing analytics layer and deliver insights that directly impact revenue and efficiency for a fast-growing DTC e-commerce company.
Requirements
- Build and maintain the “single source of truth” for marketing performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
- Track and analyze core KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and cohort performance
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions (e.g., creative performance, channel efficiency, customer quality)
- Partner with marketing and media buying teams to improve attribution visibility and decision-making
- Use Domo (Magic ETL, Beast Mode, SQL) to clean, transform, and model data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and AWS data sources
- Design and build executive-grade dashboards that are intuitive, actionable, and mobile-friendly
- Develop calculated fields and business logic for e-commerce metrics (e.g., contribution margin, blended CAC, MER)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting layers
- Act as the bridge between data engineering and business teams, translating requirements into scalable reporting solutions
- Define requirements for new data pipelines and integrations with engineering partners
- Enable stakeholders by training teams on Domo usage, alerts, and self-serve analytics capabilities
