Minimum 3 years of practical experience and proficiency in overseeing daily administrative operations, including but not limited to data entry and correspondence managementProficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).Familiarity with Shopify web platform.

Core responsibilities:

Manage order submission and tracking processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders while maintaining meticulous records for auditing and analysis.Coordinate fulfillment administration, overseeing inventory management, shipping logistics, and vendor communications to guarantee seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.Represent company interests in coordinating with outsourced accounting team for any requested information, documents etc

What We Are Looking For:

At least 3 years of practical experience and proficiency in overseeing daily administrative operations, with a focus on data entry and correspondence management. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be familiar with the Shopify web platform.
