The job involves delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, resolving technical and non-technical customer inquiries, and facilitating customer relationships with Support. As a Senior Systems Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for resolving moderately complex technical problems related to Oracle products and will work closely with customers' IT staff. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
