Okta is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the cross-functional delivery of our most strategic portfolio of work in Security. The role will partner with Security, Product, and Engineering teams to implement, maintain, and optimize complex operational processes.

Requirements

5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment, with a focus on cyber security
Track record of collaboration in order to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences
Experience with agile and other program management methodologies
