We are hiring a Remote Leasing Agent to join our team and make a positive impact on future residents!

Responsibilities
- Interact remotely with prospects via phone, and email.
- Receive all telephone calls and online communications.
- Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments.
- Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem. Ensure proper follow-up occurs.
- Handle Social Media inquiries, messages and complaints.
- Schedule apartment tours and plot them on respective Leasing Agent's calendars.
- Create consolidated report of all incoming rental leads from different rental platforms.
- Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team.
Requirements
- Must be available to work standard U.S. business hours, for an 8-9 hour shift sometime between 8am - 7pm (CST).
- Schedule for this position will be Sunday-Thursday (off Fri/Sat)
- Impeccable communication skills in English.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family housing leasing preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales is preferred
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent required (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as work cohesively within a team with great attention to detail and accurateness
