Norhart is a U.S. based company who builds and manages awesome apartments in the United States. We are hiring a Remote Leasing Agent to join our team and make a positive impact on future residents!

Responsibilities

• Interact remotely with prospects via phone, and email.
• Receive all telephone calls and online communications.
• Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments.
• Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem. Ensure proper follow-up occurs.
• Handle Social Media inquiries, messages and complaints.
• Schedule apartment tours and plot them on respective Leasing Agent's calendars.
• Create consolidated report of all incoming rental leads from different rental platforms.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team.

Requirements

• Must be available to work standard U.S. business hours, for an 8-9 hour shift sometime between 8am - 7pm (CST).
• Schedule for this position will be Sunday-Thursday (off Fri/Sat)
• Impeccable communication skills in English.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in multi-family housing leasing preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales is preferred
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required (Associate degree or higher preferred)
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as work cohesively within a team with great attention to detail and accurateness
