Noodle is seeking a dynamic, data-driven marketing leader to serve as the client-facing marketing lead for its university partners. The successful candidate will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive enrollment growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7-10 years of previous marketing experience, with a significant portion in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C business models
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Previous experience managing direct reports preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment throughout an entire partnership
  • Familiarity with Wrike, or a similar project management system, is a plus
  • Ability to delegate and follow up with partners, colleagues, and vendors in a positive and effective manner
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing, matrix environment by effectively working across diverse groups and hierarchical levels
