The Role:

Join our team and play a key role in the management, automation, and optimization of the Databricks platform, ensuring that data and analytics teams can work efficiently, securely, and at scale.

A Databricks Administrator plays a key role in managing and maintaining the Databricks platform to ensure data and analytics teams can work efficiently and securely. When Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform are added to the mix, the role extends into automation, version control, and environment consistency.

Requirements:

10 years of experience in:

IaC & DevOps: Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Databricks: Admin Console, REST API, CLI.
Security: SCIM, IAM, Unity Catalog, SSO.
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP.
Monitoring: Datadog, CloudWatch, Logging APIs.

Responsibilities:

Manage users, access controls, and security policies.
Oversee workspaces, clusters, jobs, and workflows.
Monitor platform performance, logging, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Manage networking and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
