Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver superior customer support.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise identity and authentication systems (Okta, SCIM, OIDC/OAuth2, SAML 2.0, FIDO2/WebAuthn).
- Skilled in supporting distributed cloud applications and security platforms (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
