We're Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud team.
Requirements
- Total Experience: 6+ years
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce core platform (SFDC) capabilities
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud features including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting, and Activity Management
- Hands-on expertise in Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, Queues, Entitlements, Escalations, and Omni-Channel
- Experience with Salesforce automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps tools such as Copado, Change Sets, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Experience with Salesforce data model, relationships, and schema design
- Experience with Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchy
- Experience with Salesforce UI development using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (preferred), Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools or CI/CD pipelines
