We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Systems Engineer who can own the technical direction of our CRM ecosystem end-to-end. This role requires hands-on Salesforce development experience, strong understanding of asynchronous processing patterns, and deep experience with REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication flows (OAuth2.0, JWT, Named Credentials).
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow orchestration.
- Deep experience with REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication flows (OAuth2.0, JWT, Named Credentials).
- Strong understanding of asynchronous processing patterns (Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Batch Apex, etc).
- Direct, hands-on experience with FinancialForce or equivalent ERP systems.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with various data and cloud platforms, including Snowflake, Tableau, AWS (S3, Lambda), Google Cloud, Okta, Jira, Slack.
- Active Salesforce Certifications (Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture and Management Designer).
- Experience in Salesforce org merges, large-scale data cleansing, or data migration tooling.
- Background in agile methodologies with the ability to self-manage sprints and backlogs in Jira.
