    • Experience with additional supply chain applications such as BlueYonder (JDA), TMS (BluJay), Llamasoft, and other related tools is a plus.

    • Design and build APIs to integrate supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs, CRMs).

    • Follow best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality solutions.

    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in supply chain systems, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

  2. Team Collaboration:

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the development team.

    • Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide continuous feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to technical standards.

  3. Agile Development:

    • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

    • Ensure development tasks are properly scoped, prioritized, and delivered within sprints.

    • Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and aligned with business needs.

  4. Supply Chain Systems Expertise:

    • Leverage in-depth knowledge of supply chain systems to design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and visibility.

    • Apply best practices in areas such as demand planning, transportation management, warehouse management, and inventory optimization.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, operations, IT) to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

  5. Business Collaboration:

    • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand system needs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

    • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks for the development team.

    • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure supply chain systems integrate seamlessly with other enterprise platforms.

  6. Project Management & Strategic Planning:

    • Ensure that projects are developed and executed in alignment with business objectives and timelines.

    • Identify potential risks or challenges in supply chain software development and propose solutions to mitigate them.

    • Continuously improve the development process to enhance efficiency, scalability, and the quality of delivered products.

  7. Integration & Automation:

    • Lead the integration of supply chain systems with critical platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, and WMS to streamline operations.

    • Implement automation strategies to improve overall supply chain performance, reducing manual processes and optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in working within Agile teams, with a solid understanding of Agile practices.

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor developers, guiding them toward technical excellence and career growth.

  • Skilled in working with business partners to translate system requirements into technical solutions, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

  • Strong understanding of database management, system integration, and supply chain processes.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Supply Chain Systems (e.g., BlueYonder, BluJay, Llamasoft, TMS, WMS, or SCM platforms).
