YOUR ROLE AS PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
As the People and Culture Manager, you will be expected to perform the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and address concerns.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
Culture and Employee Experience:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
- Organize events, activities, and initiatives that promote team building and cultural enrichment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding cultural and workplace issues.
HR Policies, Compliance and Reporting:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure the organization is up to date with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Conduct regular reviews of benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Payroll Processing:
- Oversee and manage the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of wages.
- Coordinate with the finance department to handle payroll-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and reporting requirements.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
HR Administration:
- Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HRIS systems, and processing HR-related documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
- Handle employee leave administration, including vacation, sick leave, and other leave policies.
Requirements
As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, focusing on talent management and organizational development.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing a team of HR professionals.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
- Proven record of accomplishment of driving positive change and fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
- Priority to those who can join us immediately.
- With a quiet place at home away from any disturbance, a laptop, a smartphone, and a fully running Wi-Fi connection of 10mbps or higher.
