Remote Senior Recruitment Specialist

Extenteam is currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to undertake the following tasks:

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting in accordance with Extenteam qualifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Partners.
• Prepare and post job advertisements following Partner’s requirements.
• Assist in process improvements including recruitment tools, templates, policies, and procedures.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Work with the leadership team on talent strategy, growth plans, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including using data to assess best practices and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote a culture of purpose and excellence in recruiting with the recruitment team and with all staff.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• 3-5 years experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Demonstrated experience engaging in multiple simultaneous recruiting and managing the entire recruitment cycle.
• Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients and candidates, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with e-recruitment or applicant tracking systems (Freshteam, Workable, Sparkhire, etc.)
• Intermediate proficiency with GSuite applications and databases.
• Good attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to prioritize work.
• Ability to build trust.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 30MBPS or higher internet speed
• i5 or higher processor
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the
  background)
• Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
