MySigrid is looking to hire ambitious, experienced, and resourceful IT Support Specialist to join us in developing scalable software solutions both on mobile and web. You will be working together with a cross-functional team that’s responsible for full software development, from conception to deployment.

YOUR ROLE AS AN IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The IT Support Specialist’s primary duty is to provide technical support to the end-users to optimize operational efficiency. You will be responsible to resolve technical issues, maintain software, and improve IT systems.
As the IT Support Specialist, you will be expected to perform the following:
- Provide technical assistance and resolve issues for the team
- Receive, resolve, and document reported bugs and issues in a timely manner
- Diagnose system-related failures and make resolution reports
- Identify maintenance techniques to prevent recurrence of downtimes and delays
- Assist in the optimization of software and system
Requirements
As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in any industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related field
- Experienced in MERN Stack (MongoDB/MySQL, Express, React and Node.js)
- Experienced in mobile app maintenance using React-native (Android/IOS)
- Familiar with databases such as MySQL, SQLite, NoSQL
- Familiar with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Understands REST APIs, and offline storage
- A high level of spoken and written business English
- Excellent time management skills: knows how to prioritize work, and able to multi-task to get things done in an efficient manner
- Ability to work efficiently, think strategically and solve issues effectively under pressure
- With strong analytical skills and can understand information immediately
- Has high attention to detail
- Pro-active and resourceful self-starter
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
- With a quiet place at home away from any disturbance, a laptop, a smartphone, and fully running Wi-Fi connection 10mbps or higher
