Position Summary
The Risk Management Assistant provides support to the team to ensure smooth workflows, documentation, reporting and materials. The individual creates forms, graphs, algorithms and flowcharts and provides a variety of complex administrative support functions to include coordination of special projects. Working independently under limited supervision, and work situations are highly varied with rapidly changing priorities, which require strong interpersonal and organizational skills and familiarity with a variety of policies, programs, and subject areas. This position requires discretion and confidentiality, as well as independent thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills as required within the scope of the position responsibilities. Major decisions are subject to the review and approval of appropriate management. This position requires substantial interactions with a wide variety of both internal and external contacts.Requirements
- Two years of college or successful completion of a vocational secretarial course
- AA or BA degree preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of increasingly more responsible administrative assistant or secretarial experience
- Previous administrative assistant experience in a health care setting preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.58 - $35.36 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
