What You’ll Be DoingWe're looking for a Production Assistant to join our team at our fulfilment centre in Tamworth. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in fulfilling our card and gift orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegating tasks and providing clear instructions to Production Assistants based on priorities and skill sets.
  • Monitoring progress on assigned tasks and provide timely feedback and support.
  • Identifying and addressing potential problems proactively, taking initiative to find solutions.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel valued, supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Addressing any team member concerns or conflicts effectively and fairly, escalating these to management where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Fulfilling card and gift orders, including personalised alcohol.
  • Checking the quality of goods.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • The ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel valued and motivated. Experience providing regular feedback and coaching to develop team skills and knowledge is beneficial.
  • A demonstrated ability to proactively identify potential production issues and take initiative to find solutions before problems arise.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when dealing with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to lift and move heavy objects.
