Your Purpose

Join our amazing Talent Acquisition (TA) Team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 12m Fixed Term Contract (FTC). Our team is dedicated to inclusion and best-in-class innovation. This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.

This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will be sourcing exceptional talent across Western Europe for Supply Chain, Commercial, and Enabling Functions. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in impactful projects; we are passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and, in this role, you will help ensure that our talent acquisition practices build a more diverse pipeline of talent.

Additionally, you will drive initiatives related to our employer brand, innovation, and early career programs.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will collaborate closely with your HR partners to execute the recruitment strategy. This will include engaging and hiring outstanding talent across various functions throughout Western Europe, utilising our advanced technology to source candidates, and acting as a brand ambassador at career events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the TA team, HRBPs, and stakeholders to identify, source, and secure outstanding external and internal talent for roles across Western Europe.
  • Support talent innovation projects, including technology usage and implementation, DEI initiatives, Hiring for Potential, and the MCBC Employer Brand.
  • Provide insights on the talent marketplace.
  • Play a crucial role in advancing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion journey by making the hiring process as inclusive as possible.
  • Be actively involved in Early Careers recruitment, selection, and pre-boarding.
  • Represent Molson Coors as an ambassador at external career-focused events.
  • Educate and influence the hiring community on TA best practices and inclusivity.

About You

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in talent acquisition, particularly those skilled in identifying and sourcing outstanding talent from diverse resources. Familiarity with TA technology, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Socially Recruited, and various job boards, is important.

Experience in leveraging diversity partners to broaden the external candidate pool is highly valued. While previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing TA is preferred, it is not essential.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills are crucial as you will be managing multiple assignments. The ability to work at pace, along with resilience and adaptability, is important in the dynamic field of talent acquisition.

A passion for DEI is essential as we strive to make a positive impact. We understand that you may not meet every criterion listed for this role, but we encourage you to apply regardless. We believe in continuous learning and development, and we are committed to supporting your growth and success here at Molson Coors.
