Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for leading several employer brand and attraction projects with flawless execution, tailored to the various and diverse audiences that globally we support.

  • Launch and Engage: Drive the launch, activation, communications, and engagement of key employer brand and digital marketing initiatives across diverse campaigns and cultural events throughout the year.
  • Luxury & Lifestyle: Support our "Lead a New Era" campaign, attracting elite General Manager talent and enhancing awareness of our luxury brand portfolio.
  • Ambassador & Advocacy: Manage and grow our Ambassador & Advocacy activities, tailoring strategies to regional audiences to boost IHG Careers' social media presence.
  • Content Coordination: Create and manage compelling employer brand and attraction content, ensuring it reaches audiences across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Global Projects: Contribute to global employer brand, attraction, and digital marketing projects, supporting IHG's Talent Attraction strategy and helping us engage and attract top talent.
  • Platform Proficiency: Utilize your knowledge of career platforms and social media channels, including Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to maximize our outreach.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse ROI and insights from various data sources, providing strong recommendations to optimize our strategies and plans.
  • Creative Excellence: Participate in creative brainstorming and planning, striving for excellence in our Employer Brand & Attraction function.

What we need from you

  • Solid Experience: Proven expertise in employer brand and attraction strategies from concept through to deployment.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong track record in delivering results and performance linked to investment and ROI.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to capture data, report insights, and pivot strategies as required.
  • Blended Experience: A mix of both in-house and agency experience is highly desirable.
  • Project Management: Project management experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge and ability to use Google Analytics is ideal.
