The Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization at Microsoft is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to build trust and confidence by delivering a seamless support experience. This role involves resolving customer technical issues quickly, preventing future problems, and demonstrating how to achieve more from Microsoft investments. The team is focused on Security, Compliance, Identity and Management (SCIM). This is a flexible role with up to 100% remote work availability. Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- Operation management experience of MECM or other Client Security or Asset Management products
- Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements (including Microsoft Cloud Background Check)
