The Americas Go-to-Market (GTMM) team at Microsoft is a critical function responsible for driving business results for the Americas Services business. This role will focus on developing and executing the go-to-market strategy and execution for the region, aligning with the Worldwide Services. The director will partner with sales and delivery to deliver value and accelerate transformation. The position offers a fully remote work environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience
- 5+ years of enterprise sales excellence or Go To Market manager experience
- 7+ years of enterprise experience with any combination of: create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans, build and develop sales enablement strategy, drive marketing and partner programs, product marketing, business planning, product management, customer and market analysis, or Go-to-Market strategy and execution
- 4+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex organization
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience managing a large group of stakeholders and executives
