Microsoft is seeking a Principal Cloud Solution Architect – Teams Platform to join the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. This role will focus on enabling customers to achieve their desired outcomes using Microsoft Teams Platform and Teams Events solutions, delivering remarkable and engaging experiences. The position allows for up to 100% remote work and requires someone passionate about Microsoft Technologies like Azure, Teams, Viva Suite, and Copilot. The successful candidate will drive customer relationships, manage technical projects, and contribute to Microsoft's mission of empowering every person and organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, TV & Media, Broadcast/Communications Technology, Business, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
- 5+ years experience working in a lead customer-facing role
- 5+ years experience working as the lead on technical projects involving collaboration and/or information and communication technologies (ICT)
- Proficient in Livestreaming software and technology including OBS, vMix, NewTek NDI, RTMP, or equivalent software
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations.
