Microsoft is seeking a Global Customer Success (GCS) Support for Mission Critical Engineer to drive customer success on Microsoft Cloud and AI. The role involves proactive support, troubleshooting, and leveraging Microsoft's AI-powered capabilities. This is a flexible, fully remote position focused on ensuring a high-performing Microsoft Cloud solution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C#, Java, Typescript, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent
- 5+ years of experience architecting and building enterprise services on Azure or AWS
- 5+ years of Azure PaaS experience with SME-level depth in: Azure Container Services (AKS, ACA, ACI), Azure API Management, Azure App Service, Azure Function, Application Development
- Skilled in writing secure, reliable, maintainable code with testing/debugging
- Proficient in GitHub and/or Azure DevOps
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
