Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive sales of our client- they are a cutting-edge software product-based company. The ideal candidate will excel in developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance client business processes and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for technology solutions including SaaS and enterprise software.

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to a diverse range of clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build a network and promote company products.

  • Continuously update knowledge of the latest trends in technology sales to provide insights and innovative solutions.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in technology sales, including SaaS, and enterprise solutions.

Experience Level:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, and understanding of sales process management.

  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technology solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a capacity to create and deliver comprehensive business strategies.

Attitude:

  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills.

  • Ethical and transparent in dealings with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), Certified Sales Executive (CSE)) are advantageous.
