Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of products. This role involves driving product strategy, overseeing development from ideation through launch, and ensuring the products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

  • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

  • Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product strategy.

  • Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.

  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and development programs, preparing return-on-investment analyses, and establishing time schedules with engineering.

  • Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define product release requirements and oversee development.

  • Develop pricing strategies and ensure product profitability.

  • Monitor and measure product performance to inform future product enhancements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.

Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and product development processes.

Experience Level:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a product based technology-driven company.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.

  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define product release requirements and oversee product development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across cross-functional teams to deliver on product goals.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, CRM tools, and software like Jira and Salesforce.

  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and deployment of products that align with business goals.

Attitude:

  • Proactive leadership and a passion for product development and management.

  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mentality.

  • Highly adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • Extensive experience in product management, preferably within software or technology sectors.

  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management are highly desirable.
