Brief Overview of the Job Description:

As a Freelance Recruiter at Mhymatch, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates. Your success will be measured by your ability to fill positions promptly and effectively, contributing to Mhymatchs growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize Placement Revenue: Achieve high placement rates to ensure maximum commission revenue for Mhymatch.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring solutions.
• Client Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver candidates that meet their requirements.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a strong employer brand.
• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and knowledge with the recruitment team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
