Job Description
We are looking for a HR Performance & Organizational Development Executive to be a part of our team in the People and Culture Department. You will have the opportunity to work with highly talented and passionate people as stakeholders locally and globally.
What Will You Do:
This is an “individual contributor” role.
- Focus mainly on Hr processes design starting with talent attraction, on-boarding, employee experience and performance management.
- Contribute to the inspiring organizational development agenda by creating and implement programs that connect employees with company purpose and goals.
- Develop best practices in the area of responsibility to improve organisational performance and effectiveness as well as support organisational growth.
- Execute and measure the effectiveness of the talent programs, partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners, global HR Team and business leaders.
- Design the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Ensure that the performance management life-cycle is completed in an efficient and professional manner in line with the Global processes.
- Design and execute organizational norm modeling, use these outputs for productivity and organizational design and development projects
- To ensure that process-based KPI, roles and responsibilities are defined, to operate the approval process with business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Experience in designing and executing Talent Acquisition process and projects – we’re in the middle of a highly demanding and attractive agenda touching to multiple dimensions of the employee life cycle – such as roll out of new ATS integration, HR AI, Young Talent Programs, New Generation On-boarding process and so on.
- 5+ years experience in OD especially in recruitment based topics.
- Experience in analyzing and working with HR data for workload analysis
- Advanced level of English – half of your time will be spent to deal with our colleagues in Corporate team in Düsseldorf.
- Project management, process design perspective; design, implementation, planning and coordination and excellent communication are the most relevant skills we looking for.
- Needless to say but curiosity to explore, resilience in fast moving environments, high level of social competence are the essentials for a Center of Excellence person in HR.
