Work with program managers and marketing to help define strategy, create metrics to evaluate success and measure impact of outreach channels and service models for media partners.
Develop data centric strategies to drive effective programs for media partners across lead acquisition, product engagement and growth education.
Analyze results and make data-driven recommendations for optimization of future programs and campaigns.
Understand partner performance, collaborating with key stakeholders to inform and understand analyses by providing suggestions for best metrics to be used.
Build data pipelines, queries, and reporting from multiple data sources (internal and external) to generate partner dataset for marketing and program managers to leverage.
Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer or data related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:
1. SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, or MySQL)
2. A/B testing or experimental hypothesis testing
3. Growing scalable programs for Sales or Partnership teams
4. Working with business partners and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into mathematical and analytical models and required data components
5. Data ETL, Data Migration, Data Modeling, Data Analysis and Visualization
6. Predictive statistical learning algorithms, logistic regression and customer segmentation (KPI driven and predictive models)
7. Automating reports and dashboards using Tableau
8. Identifying trends, business opportunities and challenges
9. Product optimization or growth best practices
10. Technical presentation skills.
