You will bring a strong track record of growth and deep relationship-building experience to provide exceptional client service, uncover revenue-generating opportunities and workable solutions to your customers. You persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your customer to understand how our product offerings can grow their business.
We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely but must be within the Greater London area. We’d love for you to join us!

Who You Are
- 7 years of experience in Account Management
- Proven experience growing and scaling strategic accounts and building multi-stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity and first-hand knowledge in fintech, banking or payments
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans
- Demonstrated ability to influence others in a matrix environment, gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization
- Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and a self-starter who is able to lead a team independently
- Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Hands-on experience in negotiating contracts, pricing models and renewals
- Proven track record of cross-selling and upselling, and ability to identify new revenue streams based on customer needs
- Experience leading business reviews and using data-driven strategies to make informed decisions

Experience or familiarity with BNPL industry, Card Issuing and Processing experience.
