ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for an Italian Speaking Sales Advisor.

📌 Location: Fully Remote from anywhere in Greece

📍 Working Model: Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30

🖋️You will be reporting to: Operations Supervisor

What you will do:

• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.

More specifically:

• Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs
• Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
• Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers
• Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Native or near-native Italian speakers

· Fluency in English

· Clear Communication Skills

• Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative
