Reporting to the Principal, Growth + Experience, and working in collaboration with Product Solution Experts, the ideal candidate is someone excited to join a startup-like organization, use their HR knowledge + experience, and be willing to expand responsibilities outside of this job description when necessary.

Impact
- Generate new business opportunities by finding and qualifying leads through various pipeline generating methods and strategies
- Build and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Network with Market Influencers, Consultants, and Industry Partners
- Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM solution
- Work closely with Principals to secure meetings with qualified leads
- Participate in Discovery and Scoping conversations
- Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM solution and tech stack
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar SDR or Sales Support Role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed, and work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to succeed
- Adaptability to new initiatives
Nice To Haves
- Experience in HR or HR Consulting
- Experience using CRM and Sales Technologies
- Previous experience selling Professional Services and/or selling to HR Leaders
- Strong interest in technology
