Impact
- Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure alignment with market, industry, and internal equity
- Partner with internal and client stakeholders to provide guidance on job designs and organizational structure by conducting job evaluations and researching market data and trends
- Support creation of compensation material such as discussion guides, FAQs, salary planning workbooks, and philosophies for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of Compensation experience, including: job evaluation processes, pay structures, job classification methodologies, compliance requirements, trends and developments in compensation, and benchmarking
- Proven experience consulting with clients on compensation and/or HR solutions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, vlookups)
- Strong analytical, math, and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
