We are currently looking for a CRM Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely in the EU.
Your Mission with us:To drive incremental growth of the CRM channel through the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
Your tasks:
- Evaluate market trends, customer behaviors, and industry insights to inform CRM strategy
- Implement data segmentation strategies to personalize customer interactions and manage data governance
- Manage CRM system configurations, integrations, and upgrades
- Design and implement multi-channel strategies to improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Analyze complex data sets and provide insights for data-driven decision-making
- Support the CRM Team Lead in the development of mid-long term strategy
- Mentor and support our Junior CRM Managers
You bring to Lingoda
- 3-5 years experience working in a CRM, growth or lifecycle marketing role
- Strong experience of CRM lifecycle planning and execution
- Good knowledge of HTML
- Strong experience with customer segmentation
- Strong experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- A love for data, with excellent analytical skills
- A proven track record of delivering improvement in key metrics
- Experience with Braze is desirable
