We are currently looking for a CRM Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely in the EU.
Your Mission with us:To drive incremental growth of the CRM channel through the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.




Your tasks:

  • Evaluate market trends, customer behaviors, and industry insights to inform CRM strategy
  • Implement data segmentation strategies to personalize customer interactions and manage data governance
  • Manage CRM system configurations, integrations, and upgrades
  • Design and implement multi-channel strategies to improve the end-to-end customer journey
  • Analyze complex data sets and provide insights for data-driven decision-making
  • Support the CRM Team Lead in the development of mid-long term strategy
  • Mentor and support our Junior CRM Managers


You bring to Lingoda

  • 3-5 years experience working in a CRM, growth or lifecycle marketing role
  • Strong experience of CRM lifecycle planning and execution
  • Good knowledge of HTML
  • Strong experience with customer segmentation
  • Strong experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • A love for data, with excellent analytical skills
  • A proven track record of delivering improvement in key metrics
  • Experience with Braze is desirable

  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English (having another language is an advantage)
