You will achieve this by:
- Expanding your knowledge by owning end to end recruitment process across all of Lingoda’s verticals, you enjoy a challenge and gaining insights into new business areas
- Using your know-how and empathy to bring new ideas on how we can improve our Employer Brand and ensure everyone who has touch points with Lingoda has an amazing experience
- Being a valued business consultant to our stakeholders, working in close collaboration with our HR Business partners, deep diving to understand their key needs for roles and recommending best interview practices
- Empowering our people to grow, creating and presenting trainings to improve interview techniques and have a better overall understanding of talent acquisition
- Challenging the status quo - just because we have some great processes when it comes to interview methods and techniques doesn’t mean we can’t improve
- Bringing your creativity forward, finding the best places and effective methods to attract candidates to Lingoda!
You bring to Lingoda:
- 2+ years of proven work experience in Talent Acquisition within the German market
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources field or related
- Broad experience recruiting talent across business & technology roles, preferably up to Head level roles
- Good understanding of interviewing methods and techniques, ability to adapt processes to different positions
- People centric mentality - you are able to adapt to a dynamic & diverse environment without sacrificing stakeholder and candidate satisfaction
- Ability to work autonomously, without forgetting you are part of a team working towards a common goal
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in English & German at a C1 level (must have)
