Responsibilities
- Enter and update patient records accurately in internal databases, applications, and client systems like NextGen and EMA.
- Verify data accuracy and consistency by comparing it to source documents within legacy Practice Management and EMR systems.
- Perform routine quality checks on completed work before submission to ensure strict data integrity.
- Review patient records to extract and input medical histories, including medications, allergies, and past medical or surgical histories.
- Handle sensitive patient information with strict adherence to data handling protocols and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to clarify any missing, incomplete, or ambiguous information.
- Maintain a high level of productivity to support system conversion timelines and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in data entry or administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- High proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets) and online data entry forms.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection suitable for working standard US business hours.
- Prior experience handling confidential information, particularly in a healthcare or medical context, is highly desirable.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude.

- Work Schedule: 10pm-7am PHT
- There is a possibility that the client requires paid Sunday shifts from time to time
