Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to create and maintain comprehensive, AI-ready documentation for a suite of interconnected software products. The ideal candidate will focus on producing accurate, scalable documentation that AI tools can translate into use cases for both beginner and advanced developers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are prioritized over deep platform-specific development experience, as the role emphasizes leveraging AI for efficient code testing, problem-solving, and documentation validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, write, and maintain clear, structured, and AI-ready technical documentation across 18+ software products.
  • Develop base documentation that can be adapted by AI for multiple use cases (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
  • Verify AI-generated documentation for accuracy, completeness, and technical correctness.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand codebases, workflows, and dependencies.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility across all documentation.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation creation, problem-solving, and code verification processes.
  • Continuously update documentation to reflect software changes, new features, and bug fixes.
  • Support teams in understanding technical content and integrating AI-driven insights where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience documenting complex software systems or multiple interdependent products.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for documentation, code testing, or development assistance.
  • Ability to translate technical content into clear, structured, and scalable documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Familiarity with software development workflows (e.g., Git, CI/CD) is a plus, but platform-specific expertise (e.g., WordPress) is not required.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to verify AI-generated outputs for correctness.
  • Prior experience in technical writing, developer relations, or software documentation roles is highly desirable.
