We are looking to hire a skilled desktop support engineer to assist our clients with computer hardware and software issues. As a desktop support engineer, you will be required to work via remote connection and assist with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and basic IT-related issues.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of Desktop Engineering support experience
- Good knowledge of deep troubleshooting, hardware, software, applications like desktop, laptop, printers, network, VPN, OS, and etc
- Hands on experience with Desktop Support, Microsoft365 Applications stack support, Security tools
- Knowledge of different IT frameworks and tools with knowledge of advance troubleshooting
- Knowledge base creation and maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and customer stakeholders
- Fluency in English language(s)
- Willingness to work in 24*7 Rotational and US Shift
