We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers on Microsoft Cloud Technologies, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud-based services.

- Ability to present clearly and adapt to communication style
- Willingness to work in US/EMEA shift
- Familiarity and interest in technology/software
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
