We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers on Microsoft Cloud Technologies, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud-based services.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present clearly and adapt to communication style
  • Willingness to work in US/EMEA shift
  • Familiarity and interest in technology/software
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
