Billing & Accounts Specialist

We are looking for a Billing & Accounts Specialist to own the operational core of Kojo's financial workflows, reporting to our Senior Accounting Manager. The role includes managing customer billing lifecycle in Stripe, driving AR collections in InvoiceButler, and owning AP end-to-end in Airbase. The ideal candidate has experience with customer billing, AR collections, and AP processing, and is proficient in writing SOPs and communicating effectively.

Requirements

• Manage customer billing lifecycle in Stripe
• Drive AR collections in InvoiceButler
• Own AP end-to-end in Airbase
• Build and maintain SOPs for every workflow
• Reconcile all bank accounts on a timely basis
• Apply cash to AR accurately
• Track prepaid assets and amortization schedules
• Prepare the monthly AP aging schedule
