This role sits at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. As the Business Process & Systems Manager, your mission is to make sure Fiorilli Construction runs smoothly behind the scenes - that every system works together, every process makes sense, and every team member has the tools they need to do their best work.
You’ll be the person who connects the dots between operations, finance, HR, and leadership, improving how information flows and how work gets done.
In this role, you will:
⚙️ Map, document, and improve business processes across all departments
🔍 Identify inefficiencies and design better workflows that increase speed and consistency
💻 Manage and optimize key systems — including Jonas Premier (ERP), Microsoft 365, Monday.com, and HubSpot
🤝 Lead workshops and collaborate with department heads to align processes with day-to-day business needs
🗂️ Maintain up-to-date process documentation, SOPs, and compliance standards
🔐 Oversee data accuracy, user access, and system configuration to ensure smooth operations
🤖 Implement automations that save time and track their impact through clear metrics
📊 Develop and report on KPIs to measure process performance and system effectiveness
🧑🏫 Provide user support, training, and guidance to promote adoption of new tools and workflows
🚀 Stay proactive about new technologies and process improvements that could enhance productivity.

Working Hours : This is a full-time, fully remote position (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours and some overlap from 8am EST to 3pm EST. Fiorilli follows a unique “8.5/80” schedule — 8.5-hour days Monday through Thursday and every other Friday as a half day, giving you about 26 Friday afternoons off each year.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:
✅ 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations management
✅ Hands-on experience with business systems such as Microsoft 365, Monday.com, HubSpot, and ideally Jonas Premier (ERP)
✅ Strong understanding of process documentation, workflow design, and change management
✅ Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
✅ Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable system solutions
✅ Proactive mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience in the construction or project-based industries
⭐ Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
⭐ Knowledge of compliance, auditing, or data integrity frameworks
⭐ Technical curiosity - you enjoy testing new tools, automation ideas, or reporting dashboards

💰Salary: $3000–$3500 per month*
🌍 Full Time: Fully remote position
⏰ Flexible working hours with overlap in U.S. time zones
🏖️ Paid Vacation Time Off (PVTO) – up to 80 hours annually
🤒 Paid Sick Time Off (PSTO) – up to 24 hours annually, with rollover
🎉 Paid holidays – including major holidays, plus Christmas and New Year’s Eve (even if they fall on weekends)
