Job Description

We are partnered with a global F500 company that is currently looking for an experienced full lifecycle recruiter to support in recruiting for positions such as technicians, mechanics, operators, customer service, assistants, etc.

Ideally, this individual will have:

• strong stakeholder management skills
• creative sourcing strategies
• candidate management experience
• comfortability with a process-driven environment and reporting
• strong and consistent communication

Qualifications

• 5-7 years recruiting experience
• Must live in Melbourne. This role is remote, but you may occasionally go into the office.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as: technicians, mechanics, operators, customer service, assistants, etc.
• experience working directly with hiring managers as a talent advisor
• experience working with applicant tracking systems
