Job Description

In the role of a Senior Fullcycle Recruiter, you will partner directly with our client to understand & support their recruitment needs, including candidate engagement & stakeholder management. You will be recruiting for role such as sales and hardware engineers. This is a contract role that will go until the end of the year and could get extended.

Qualifications

• Must live in Australia

• Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin

• 5+ years of recruiting experience

• Build strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by mapping the talent market.

• Optimize the use of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel.

• Source, screen, and close high caliber candidates in a variety of technical positions.

• Collaborate with client recruiting teams to improve recruiting processes and help initiate scalable changes to existing recruiting strategies.

• Accurately track and report recruiting data.

• Learn from others on the team and share your knowledge in return.

• Have a direct impact on the future of our growing company.
