Job Description:
Job Duck is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support digital marketing initiatives that directly connect with and support an elderly care audience. This role plays a hands‑on part in shaping brand presence across social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines. The ideal candidate enjoys taking ownership of projects, managing priorities independently, and bringing fresh ideas to life through visual and written content. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams, contribute to meaningful campaigns, and make a real impact through thoughtful and timely marketing execution. • Compensation Range: 1,245 to 1,350
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Draft, schedule, and distribute email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters
Collaborate with internal team members to gather feedback and improve ad performance
Support the management and analysis of Google Ads and performance metrics
Create and edit short‑form videos for social media use
Manage and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Maintain and organize marketing activities within internal systems
Create graphic assets aligned with established brand guidelines and color palettes
Requirements:
• Work schedule aligned primarily with EST with some flexibility between EST and CST
• Spanish fluency is mandatory
• Experience supporting marketing initiatives for service‑oriented or people‑focused businesses is preferred
• Comfort working independently without close supervision
• Tools and platforms used include
• Salesforce
• Microsoft Teams
• Google Suite
• Canva
• HomeBase or similar internal systems
• Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
