Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for retail jewelers, including setup, training, and early engagement strategies to ensure adoption and long-term program success.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with retail teams, serving as the go-to contact for program support and initiatives.
- Deliver engaging training presentations in person and virtually, promoting program features and best practices tailored to each retailer’s needs.
- Serve as a field ambassador, resolving partner issues efficiently while identifying opportunities for program improvement and increased adoption.
- Coordinate and implement marketing and promotional campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Manage marketing collateral distribution and digital content updates related to JM programs.
- Represent the company at in-store events, industry trade shows, bridal expos, trunk shows, and community promotional activities.
- Provide real-time field insights to the internal team, including feedback from retailers, competitive intelligence, and suggestions for innovation.
- Track and report program performance metrics, identifying and communicating growth opportunities with partners.
- Support the development of case studies, testimonials, and success stories that highlight partner achievements.
- Champion internal collaboration by aligning efforts with marketing, product, training, and operations teams.
- Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, training sessions, and outcomes using CRM tools or designated platforms.
- Travel up to 50% as required; some evening and weekend availability needed to support events and promotions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of client-facing experience, ideally within retail jewelry, luxury goods, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to foster relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate challenging conversations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset.
- Ability to translate marketing and training materials into compelling presentations with clear calls-to-action.
- Experience in retail sales or retail program management is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
