As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a strategic technical partner to our Enterprise Sales team, leading the consultative and technical components of our presales motion. You will guide enterprise organizations through their AI journey, from discovery and solution design to live product demonstrations and technical validation.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working complex, 6-figure deals with a proven track record at a SaaS company
- Deep understanding of the MarTech space and proficient selling to marketers
- Value-led approach to selling, where you can quantify the business impact of technology investments
- Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and working with iPaas solutions (Workato is a plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across various personas, in particular C-Suite and IT leaders
- Foundational understanding of AI (LLMs, RAG, prompting) is a plus
