We like to celebrate our employees on their birthdays by giving them the day off. This day can be taken within a month of their special day.

Supporting mental health is important to us at Whispir. All employees and their immediate families have access to a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Home office allowance

We support remote and hybrid working at Whispir and we encourage you to choose what works best for you. We provide new employees with an initial payment to setup their home office and then an ongoing allowance to cover incidental expenses.

Whispir is passionately committed to giving back to our communities and transferring advantage to the disadvantaged. Our program allows every employee an opportunity to volunteer with a Not For Profit organization that is meaningful to them for one day each year.

Paid parental leave

We provide support to our new parents and their expanding families with our paid Parental Leave policy. Primary Carers receive 12 weeks at full pay and Secondary Carers receive 2 weeks at full pay. This policy is provided in additional to statutory benefits in each region.
