We provide financial services such as business banking, card issuing and merchant acquiring, all on one platform and via a core suite of APIs .
We are looking for a customer centric and technically skilled Implementation Manager. In this role, you will own all aspects of customer implementation as they embed payments and develop their modern business models built on Intergiro’s infrastructure. You will work with the appropriate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure full and accurate completion of all tasks. You will be the customer’s main point of contact during this implementation period, supporting them with product related queries and responsible for coordination and contact between all cross-functional teams – from Operations, Product and Finance to Tech and Sales.
The role requires a dynamic professional that is extremely organised and detail-oriented and able to provide clear, concise communication—both internally and externally—on the status of customer implementations
You will engage with key stakeholders internally to feedback on product and technical improvements. We also expect you to develop our implementation flow to a more automated and effective process with a self-service approach to enable scaling of our business. Working with a variety of customers, you will learn about a diverse range of business models, in addition to the product, banking, legal and technology aspects that comprise the product.
Ideally you will have knowledge of the Fintech, Banking or Cards industry and be looking to expand your specialism into Banking as a Service and Embedded Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end to end client implementation process from signing to go-live, including the successful integration of clients with Intergiro’s API suite.
- Facilitate highly effective client meetings, build client relationships and resolve any client issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
- Assess, manage, resolve and escalate risks and issues as necessary by working with cross-functional teams internally.
- Provide quick resolutions and guidance to customer questions by having a good understanding of Intergiro’s products and services.
- Feedback product and technical improvements to internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Maintain and develop project plans to improve customer implementation experience and speed.
- Gather and present KPI data on implementation to present clear updates and contribute to the development of a more effective implementation process.
Requirements
- Around 3 years of implementation experience or a similar role that required both customer facing skills and technical product knowledge.
- Worked independently with integrating and servicing API-based solutions
- Strong project management skills such as an ability to organize, priotitize and manage multiple implementation projects
- Understanding of fintech / payment industries and systems
- Understanding Rest API principles and HTTP protocol is a plus
- Passionate about creating value for clients and strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work
- Presentation/communication skills, for example experience of communicating effectively with company leaders (often CCO and CTOs) on both technical and implementation topics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment to meet critical time frames.
- Experience working with a cross-functional and remote team as well as with an international customer base
- Language requirement: Fluency in English is a requirement.
