We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Business Analyst, you will be crucial in analyzing and improving our business processes, systems, and strategies. Your expertise will be integral in driving the success of our organization's digital initiatives and ensuring optimal efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex business problems and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create and present requirements to the development team.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Serve as a key link between the business and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring project success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma and Slack.
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, SWOT analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
