• Communication is arguably the most important skill in life. How we communicate — the words we use, the way we say them, our tone and body language — all influence the way we’re seen and received in the world 🌐 and can advance or inhibit career mobility.

• LinkedIn reported that interpersonal skills and communication 🗣️ represent the No. 1 skill gap in today’s workforce. And in a business world that’s now conducted largely over videoconferencing and remote audio tools, that problem has only been only exacerbated in the last year.

• We're building a new category of product - a digital communication coach that gives people insight into their verbal, vocal, and visual cues in real-time and offers helpful ways to improve. We want to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and democratize the language of career mobility.

• We've been running a beta pilot since earlier this year and users tell us they love 😍 using the product and work at companies like Dropbox, On Deck, Amazon, Gitlab, Salesforce, Paypal, Visa, Forbes, Shopify, Albertsons, Netflix, Disney, LinkedIn.

• We're still in the fun 💥 startup phase having just raised our seed round, so we're looking for ambitious high performers who are comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about the mission of improving communication.
