Remote Sales Representative

WE ARE HIRING:Remote Sales Representative

Working Days: Monday to saturday (Saturday half day)

Working Hours: 10:00 am till 7:00 pm UAE Time (11:30 am till 8:30 pm SL Time)

The Ideal Candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Ability to work full time
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English: Written and Spoken
• You should be able to communicate effectively with our clients & vendors by email, WhatsApp and phone
• Collaborate with Technical Team to Write formal proposals for projects and be able to present them to the client
• Should have their own:
  • Steady & fast internet connections
  • Laptop & Phone (your phone bill will be reimbursed)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Telesales
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation and foster relationships with Potential Clients over the long term
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, One Note & Zoho One
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
• Higher preference but not necessary if:
• Could speak multiple languages including Arabic, French or Any other African Language
• Experience selling Computer & Network related products

Job Responsibilities include:

• Ability to learn & understand technical aspects of the products we have to offer. Training is provided by us.
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.
• Collaborate with a Technical Team Agent during a meeting
